Who are Blue Arrow Care?
Blue Arrow Care was founded in 2015 by Lucy and her mum Alexandra, established in Lucy’s flat in Richmond Upon Thames at only 21 years old. The company quickly became popular within the Kingston area, We expanded across 3 boroughs and 8 years on continue to work in Richmond, Kingston & Elmbridge boroughs offering Domically and live in care services.
Blue Arrow Care was founded on the principles of being a high-quality care agency that put clients at the forefront of all that we do. We always wanted to be different, we have always been passionate about tackling isolation, since founded in 2015 we have delivered over 800 121 companionship visits and delivered multiple events, all free of charge to the clients.
This entitative has been recognized across many originations and helped us achieve 2 consecutive outstanding ratings in responsive in 2016 and 2023. We have also won the Great British Care Awards 3 times, Covid Hero and The Registered Managers award Regional and national winner.
Lucy was also recognized in the 30 under 30 hall of fame in 2023. The company has also been highly commended in many local awards for its charity enterprise work.
In 2018 Alexandra stepped down due to ill health. Lucy continued to run it until in 2019 Phaedra was brought in to support with growth. Phaedra and Lucy became business partners and ended up getting married too!
In 2023 The Blue Arrow Care Group was founded by Phaedra & Lucy as we wanted to take the company to the next stage of creating a franchise network. Blue Arrow Care Limited will run under the umbrella of the franchise network
Phaedra continues to run The Blue Arrow Care Group Franchise Network along with Richard Burtford who was appointed in 2024 to support her to grow the franchise network and is now the co-owner of The Group. Lucy Continues to Run The Original Branch and supports the group through a role of Franchise Development & onboarding support along With Becca & Julie.
