Founded by Nadya Ramdany in 2017, Rico Burrito quickly became a thriving business after securing a spot in the iconic Camden Market in London. Drawing inspiration from authentic Mexican cuisine, Rico is known for its bold flavours and spicy offerings, adapted to suit the Western palate. Over the years, our menu has only slightly evolved, focusing on delivering healthy, wholesome, and nutritious meals. Our commitment to delicious and consistent food has built a loyal customer base. Rico is perfectly suited for areas with high office footfall, thanks to our streamlined system where speed and efficiency are paramount. We source high-quality ingredients from bespoke suppliers, ensuring that every dish is freshly made and of the highest standard. As a halal brand, we strive to make our food accessible to a broader audience.

Initially based in London's markets, including Camden and Leather Lane, these locations were successful for us. We've now pivoted towards a franchise model and permanent long-term venues. In recent years, we’ve achieved significant success in catering events, serving clients such as Meta, Adidas, and Dishoom. We've also catered on film sets and music videos, so you might even spot our tacos on the big screen!

In 2023, Nadya Ramdany founded Jimmys, capitalizing on an opportunity she identified at her existing venue. In just 12 days, Nadya transformed her concept into a reality with the launch of Jimmys Burgers. From the start, the venture has been a resounding success. The inspiration came from European burger joints, leading to the creation of a brand that exudes a masculine vibe with playful characters, resonating with our target audience. Positioned between premium and fast food, Jimmys offers a casual, informal dining experience where friends and family can gather and enjoy wholesome meals. Our food is bursting with flavour, with each hand-rolled meat patty seasoned to Jimmys’ high standards. We take pride in crafting our own sauces and are committed to ensuring that quality always comes first. We are based primarily in Southbank, London and are looking for our second location.
